THE BARDO EXPERIENCE

We cut through the chaos and noise to identify the core issues, providing a clear path to a healthier place.

How do we begin?

We will ask the difficult (and often, uncomfortable) questions in an effort to garner as much information about the current situation as possible.

From here we will work collaboratively with all appropriate parties involved to develop both a short-term plan and long-term goals. Due to the nature of this work it can often be challenging to make concrete long-term plans. It is with this in mind that we encourage our clients to commit to working with our team for a minimum of three months when treatment is recommended.

What happens next?

Should your loved one need treatment we will provide clinically appropriate and vetted treatment recommendations. For the duration of their time in treatment we work in tandem with the treatment team. In addition, we will provide support services to loved ones and family members directly affected by the presenting situation.

And, after?

Upon completion of treatment we will aid the treatment team in securing aftercare placement. In certain cases, where appropriate, we will engage directly with the client leaving treatment to provide strategic support in the next phase of growth.

Each path is unique.

Depending on the situation, treatment may not be clinically recommended or appropriate. With these individuals we will work to create a virtual support system that meets their needs. This can include but is not limited to: coaching sessions, family support meetings, individual/family workshops, and/or enhanced accountability through phone calls or text messaging.

Who do we help?

We work with anyone struggling with change, transition, or disruption. Often, our first phone calls are with caregivers, parents, spouses, or other loved ones. We also often connect with other mental health professionals, trust advisors, and attorneys who are concerned for the wellbeing of their clients. We specialize in working with teens and young adults in need of clinical placement and adults seeking care for themselves or their loved ones.
