The-Bardo.png

The space between death and rebirth, a pause between worlds.

The bardo is described as a spiritual state of transition. We see this as a representation of the gaps that appear in our everyday lives that lead to disruption, imbalance, and anxiety. Our role is to guide you through times of confusion towards a place of health.

HOW WE HELP

Letting go of the present reality can often feel overwhelming and daunting. We are here to step into these crowded and often messy spaces to help all involved find clarity, resolution and a clear path forward.

Clinical Assessment & Placement

The treatment world can be overwhelming to navigate when looking to access appropriate services. We will gather and assess clinically relevant information and recommend service providers who can meet the identified needs. We will be guiding you every step of the way.

Strategic Support

Resistance and discomfort are inherent to change. Together we form a team to navigate through the hurdles and dive deep into the presenting disruptions to the individual and/or family to provide support, identify goals, next steps and the resources necessary to move through the transition.

Workshops

Our clinically driven workshops provide a space where clients can take their healing to the next level- where our minds and bodies are supported in feeling rather than doing. We’ll explore past/present traumas and experiences, energetic or emotional blocks, disconnections, and life disruptions.

We work with anyone struggling with change, transition, or disruption.

Often, our first phone calls are with caregivers, parents, spouses, or other loved ones. We also often connect with other mental health professionals, trust advisors, and attorneys who are concerned for the wellbeing of their clients. We specialize in working with teens and young adults in need of clinical placement and adults seeking care for themselves or their loved ones.
